Pyramid Design Solutions Is Led By Josh Tutt, A Mechanical Engineer With 20 Years Of Design Experience In The Highest Performance Teams On The Planet.

Josh has designed parts that have been on the International Space Station (ISS), drilling tools that have steered oil drill bits miles beneath the earth’s surface, and parts that will soon be on the Moon.

Josh’s choice to become an engineer was born from his love of cars. Over the years he has enjoyed many genres of the lifestyle. He has had the privilege of designing and building a winning Formula SAE car at Texas A&M, building rock crawlers, and barn finds. He has been able to participate in King of the Hammers, Bonneville Speed Week, and the Baja 1000 as a member of the pit crews.

Josh was a founding employee at Mast Motorsports where from 2006-2009 he contributed to the formative years of the LS swap revolution. At Mast he executed out the first 6L80E/6L90E swap in history.

15 years ago he bought his C30 and promptly Cummins swapped it. The truck was built to work. Maintaining the trucks towing capability has always been a top priority.

C30’s are underserved compared to their smaller C10 brothers. The guys that want to lower them while keeping them functional are even more underserved. That is about to change.
